What we ask of you

For 2 nights at the Mbudi Village, and transport once you arrive in Maun (travelling to and from the bush, game drives etc) we're kindly asking our guests to contribute R3,000 per person. This will be paid by EFT and we will get in touch closer to the time once we've received your RSVP.

Drinks in Mmatsebe

We're covering drinks at a couple of touchpoints on Friday. On Saturday (with the exception of hard tack), drinks are included in the fun. For the rest of the weekend drinks will be available from a 'cash' bar at cost. We'll keep a tab for everyone to pay via EFT when they get home (so no need to bring cash with you, except if you'd like to leave the staff a tip).

Cash Tip for Staff

Mbudi village will be staffed all weekend. We'd love for you to show some appreciation for the team that's hosting us over the weekend - but of course this is totally discretionary.
